Vouchers

Save on Tax and NI

If your employer operates a childcare voucher scheme, you can save on National Insurance and Income Tax. By registering for your employer’s scheme, up to £243 or £124 per month can be deducted from your salary and used to provide childcare vouchers for the same amount. This amount, which is deducted from your gross salary, is then exempt from National Insurance and Income Tax. Each parent can use childcare vouchers to the value of £243 or £124 per month depending on your earnings.

Voucher Providers

We currently accept vouchers from many providers.

Eden red, Computershare, Care 4, Sodexo, Kidsunlimited, PES, Gemeli, and Fair Care, Coop / Midcounties, Kiddivouchers, RG childcare, Busy Bees.

If your employer uses a different provider we can very easily become registered with them.

Redeeming Your Vouchers

Many providers now offer an automatic redemption process. Once you have made this arrangement, the redemption takes place at the same time each month, without any further action needed on your part.Any remaining balance of your fees can be paid by bacs transfer

Tax Free Childcare

Tax-Free Childcare is a new Government scheme to help working families with their childcare costs. Parents will be able to open online childcare accounts to pay their registered childcare providers directly and the government will add to the account. As a nursery we are now registered with this scheme. You can now find out more and check your eligibility for Tax Free Childcare (TFC) (and all other government schemes) via the Childcare Choices website.
